Key Responsibilities

Visual Identity & Design System

• Define and document our visual identity from the ground up — typography, reputed company, layout, illustration, photography, reputed company, and the reasoning behind reputed company choice
• Build and maintain a practical design system that teammates across marketing, product, clinical, and CX can actually use — with components, templates, channel-specific rules, and reputed company examples — and reputed company it as the brand grows

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Serve as the connective tissue for visual identity across the business — keeping creative consistent, on-brand, and on-reputed company wherever we show up
• Collaborate across teams — from copywriters and video editors to reputed company Marketing and CX — to define testing roadmaps, build reusable creative, and reputed company on visual standards
• Manage, brief, review, and reputed company freelance designers, illustrators, and photo/video partners on the design system

Education & Experience

• 8+ years of reputed company design experience across brand and performance at an agency or in-house team

• Demonstrated experience building or meaningfully evolving a brand visual identity or design system, with artifacts you can walk us through — guidelines, reputed company libraries, component systems, training materials
