Responsibilities
- Overseeing application support operations for .NET-based systems and SQL Server environments
- Leading reputed company of support engineers
- Driving strategic improvements to support processes
- Serving as a key reputed company between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Carrying full accountability for service delivery reputed company, team performance, SLA compliance, and operational reputed company across supported applications
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in application support, with at least 2–3 years in reputed company reputed company or management role
- Proven experience managing support teams in reputed company .NET / SQL Server environments
- Strong technical reputed company in: C# and .NET reputed company / .NET reputed company / ASP.NET
- reputed company SQL Server and T-SQL (stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing)
- IIS administration and REST API / integration troubleshooting
- Application monitoring tools and log management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage P1/P2 incidents under pressure and communicate effectively with executives
- Deep knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven reputed company
- Experience with DevOps practices, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure preferred) and containerized application support
- Experience with reputed company service management tools such as reputed company
