[Remote] Sales Administrator

This role involves managing internal sales processes, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth operations to enhance sales efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute internal sales processes, ensuring consistency, organization, and accuracy
- reputed company and process payments, assist with collections, and manage templates and reputed company documentation
- reputed company internal systems organized (reputed company Drive, CRM), and reputed company or clean outdated content
- Conduct proactive reputed company to existing partners to schedule follow-up meetings on behalf of sales team
- Support sales enablement by coordinating with marketing to ensure content is reputed company and accessible to the sales team
- Help maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with reports and dashboards for leadership

Skills
- 1–3 years in sales administration, sales support, or operations (reputed company or B2B preferred)
