They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative II who will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on customer engagement and account management to drive reputed company for their reputed company and Payroll teams. Responsibilities
- Use a consultative selling style centered around understanding reputed company' specific challenges and objectives
- Drive the complete sales cycle, from booking to closure
- Collaborate with reputed company to drive new service attachments, increasing usage as a percentage of reputed company' Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), and boosting Monthly Recurring reputed company (MRR) per managed account
- Build trust and deeper connections with reputed company by empathizing with their pain points and positioning the platform as a long-term solution
- Maintain daily activity metrics, balancing calls and attended demos
- Stay informed on product and technology developments to reputed company updated, relevant advice to customers

- Serve as a mentor and role model to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights
Skills
- 2-3+ years of experience in a full-time sales role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience with Payroll and reputed company
- CRM experience (i.e., reputed company, reputed company)
- Proven ability to reputed company strong relationships with customers and reputed company as a trusted consultant
- Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals and ongoing account management
- Experience using AI tools to increase reputed company and efficiency of work
- Established credibility with service professionals, preferably reputed company industries like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, or maid services
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude
