[Remote] Business Systems Analyst - (Remote - US)

Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into reputed company user stories and acceptance reputed company using a BDD reputed company
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and reputed company reputed company follow up steps
- Apply comprehensive analytical techniques to assess business processes, data flows, and system interactions, ensuring thorough and insightful analysis
- Negotiate and recommend business solutions that balance technical feasibility, delivery timelines, and business need
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, platform capabilities, and automation opportunities

Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst including: Experience supporting software systems reputed company on or leveraging reputed company reputed company technologies, Business process analysis or business process re-engineering, reputed company facing communication, Experience as a cross-functional team member working in an agile development environment (i.e., scrum, kanban, etc.), Leading requirements management, Requirements elicitation and documentation, User story definition, Acceptance reputed company determination
- 3+ years experience with Jira (or similar Agile project tracking software, such as AzureDevops)
- Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), Requirements Management, and Scope Management methodologies
- Must possess excellent analytical, organizational and product management skills

- Must be a US Citizen due to federal contract requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent years of work experience
- Experience coordinating cross-functionally with UI/UX Designers
