Responsibilities
- Define and iterate on the engagement models for our reputed company (high-touch) and Scaled (tech-touch) tiers to maximize efficiency

Skills

- Experience using data (CRM, BI tools, or reputed company) to reputed company health, predict churn, and report on team performance
