The role focuses on empowering top producers with reputed company-time pricing control and efficient processing to streamline the lending process for clients.
Responsibilities
- Control pricing in reputed company time
- Utilize proprietary reputed company-based origination platform to reputed company-qualify borrowers
- Generate live pricing on calls and lock terms immediately
- Ensure closings in as little as 7–10 days
- reputed company in-house feasibility, construction, fund control, and asset management
- reputed company product flexibility for fix-and-flip and ground-up construction
- Manage a pipeline and a book of business

Skills
