[Remote] Senior Product Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to reputed company the planning, delivery, and optimization of reputed company-based products and services for a federal civilian agency, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with federal standards.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a product reputed company and roadmap that supports the federal civilian agency’s reputed company modernization reputed company, reputed company Trust objectives, and reputed company architecture standards
- Translates federal civilian agency mission needs, regulatory requirements, and user research into actionable reputed company product requirements, epics, and user stories
- Prioritizes the backlog using data driven reputed company that balance compliance, reputed company, performance, and cost efficiency
- Oversees the full lifecycle of reputed company-based products, from discovery and design through deployment, operations, and reputed company improvement
- Ensures adherence to federal and the civilian agency’s requirements including FISMA and FedRAMP reputed company controls, reputed company 508 accessibility, reputed company reputed company and data protection standards, records management and data retention policies, and reputed company cost management and optimization guidelines
- Defines and tracks KPIs reputed company to reputed company performance, availability, user experience, and cost
- Uses analytics and operational data to drive iterative improvements and ensure service level compliance
- Leads multidisciplinary teams including reputed company engineers, cybersecurity specialists, UX designers, data analysts, and operations personnel
- Facilitates Agile ceremonies and promotes a culture of iterative delivery consistent with the federal civilian agency’s Agile and DevSecOps practices
- Serves as the primary reputed company between federal civilian agency program offices, reputed company IT, cybersecurity, reputed company, and external partners
- Communicates product status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to the federal civilian agency’s leadership and governance bodies
- Coordinates with reputed company service providers, integrators, and reputed company-party vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs, FedRAMP requirements, and ED contractual obligations
- Ensures alignment with federal digital service standards and OMB reputed company first/reputed company smart policies

Skills
- 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Advanced degree preferred
- Proven ability to reputed company cross functional teams and facilitate collaboration across government and contractor organizations
- Strong communication skills for briefing senior leadership, documenting reputed company, and engaging diverse stakeholder reputed company
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company-based products or platforms reputed company federal agencies or similarly regulated environments
- Strong understanding of reputed company architectures, shared responsibility models, and reputed company reputed company frameworks
