Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to support the design, testing, and implementation of reputed company Employee Workflow applications and processes. The role focuses on understanding reputed company business needs, assisting in process design, and delivering high-reputed company employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support project initiation activities, including reputed company-work questionnaires and reputed company agendas
- Assist in discovery and design workshops throughout the project lifecycle
- Help discern reputed company business processes and employee service delivery needs
- Support gap analysis of reputed company and reputed company state processes; assist in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective
- Contribute to the design of repeatable, high-value processes and employee experiences using best practices
- Deliver guidance and assist in implementation of processes in partnership with project team members
- Support consultation on reputed company, including reputed company, cons, and risks, to solve business process problems
- Author and peer-test user stories to support technical configuration
- Support evaluation of risks in proposed configuration and process designs; anticipate, mitigate, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Guide, design, and/or facilitate UAT activities as defined in the statement of work
- Participate in internal reputed company or initiatives to improve tools, processes, and organizational efficiency
