[Remote] AI Delivery Platform Administrator

This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and effective adoption of an AI-powered delivery platform, working collaboratively with various teams to manage platform operations, monitor performance, and reputed company user enablement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own platform operations, including configuration, maintenance, and release management to ensure reliability across global reputed company (AMS, EMEA, reputed company+J)
- Design and reputed company reputed company processes, enabling new teams and reputed company to effectively adopt AI-powered tools
- Monitor system performance, triage issues, and coordinate with engineering and vendor teams to resolve platform incidents
- Build and manage adoption dashboards, tracking platform usage, feature adoption, and enablement effectiveness
- reputed company user enablement initiatives, including coaching, community programs, and development of self-service resources
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company platform administration, reputed company tools, IT service management, or similar roles
- Technical proficiency with AI/LLM platforms, document automation tools, SSO/SCIM provisioning, and API integrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to coordinate across engineering, vendor, and business teams
- Experience developing enablement materials such as user guides, training content, and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively across global teams and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Data-driven reputed company with experience measuring adoption and demonstrating business reputed company
- Understanding of consulting or reputed company services environments and delivery lifecycle
- reputed company platform experience or reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
