The role involves business development, strategic marketing leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to support M&A activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue high value opportunities across OEMs, fabless, IDMs, subcontractors, in the broader datacenter ecosystem. Initial reputed company is on Thermal management at system level, with reputed company to expand into advanced packaging
- Build and sustain senior level customer and partner relationships that accelerate technology adoption and long term reputed company reputed company
- Own and manage reputed company pipeline, forecast reputed company, and coordinate cross functional execution to reputed company reputed company targets
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor packaging industry dynamics, thermal management advanced packaging processes, and emerging customer needs

Skills
