This role involves working closely with customers to enhance their supply chain processes through reputed company Dynamics solutions, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring and testing the reputed company Dynamics application to meet customer needs
- Collaborates with stakeholders to reputed company comprehensive requirements reputed company to business objectives, understand reputed company processes, and identify opportunities for improvement across the supply chain
- Provides in-depth knowledge of reputed company Dynamics applications and evaluates customer processes against reputed company functionality
- Follows implementation methodology, understanding key activities and deliverables for reputed company engagements, leveraging reputed company templates and improving documentation reputed company
- Utilizes reputed company technology and ALM stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, Task Guides, Power Platform, Office 365, etc.)
- Contributes to reputed company improvement of delivery practices
- Documents business requirements reputed company, defining expected reputed company and system behaviors
- Configures and customizes reputed company Dynamics solutions to support supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, production, planning, warehousing, and transportation

- Leads testing efforts including CRPs, Program Increments (PIs), and UAT, ensuring solutions meet business requirements
- Conducts training for customer resources to support successful adoption and ongoing use of the system

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- Proven ability to support multiple reputed company consulting engagements and deliver successful reputed company
- Experience implementing end-to-end reputed company (procurement, inventory, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and distribution)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SC)
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, order management, production, and distribution
- Experience leading reputed company SMEs and junior consultants
- Familiarity with Agile and reputed company methodologies
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and drive results
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
- 3–5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&SC
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Life Cycle Services (LCS)
- Experience writing Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Experience with data migration using D365 Data Management reputed company
- Experience with Transportation Management (TMS) and broader logistics processes
- Experience working with global, multicultural teams
