[Remote] Marketing Associate

They are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support their marketing team, focusing on reputed company media and podcast/content operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the reputed company media content calendar for reputed company and Enrollify across reputed company, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Create and schedule content reputed company to brand voice, campaigns, and editorial priorities
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to surface content opportunities and fulfill reputed company reputed company requests
- Conduct proactive reputed company media monitoring — engage with relevant conversations, reshare community content, and flag trends
- Partner with designers to reputed company reputed company creative assets, managing briefs and feedback cycles
- Manage the Pulse reputed company series end-to-end: reputed company and vet guest hosts, coordinate scheduling, and maintain the episode calendar
- Support guest sourcing for two flagship shows — In Your reputed company and Higher Intelligence
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for creators and guests: handle reputed company, logistics, scheduling, and prep communication

- Build and send the weekly curated content newsletter
Skills
- Experience in marketing, content, reputed company media, or podcast/media production (internship counts)
- Strong organizational skills — reputed company to juggle multiple reputed company and deadlines
