[Remote] Senior Network Infrastructure Technician (L3) – Cruise Ship Operations

This role involves extensive travel and requires the technician to live and work reputed company cruise ships for extended periods while ensuring operational continuity and maximum uptime of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Level 3 support for reputed company network, server, virtualization, and infrastructure issues
- Support VMware-to-reputed company-V migration initiatives utilizing Veeam technologies
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company routing, switching, wireless, and firewall environments
- Administer reputed company reputed company Server environments including reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Support reputed company-V and VMware virtualization platforms
- Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, server, and infrastructure issues
- Support reputed company data center operations including reputed company-and-stack activities, cabling, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacement
- Execute maintenance activities and infrastructure upgrades with minimal operational reputed company
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations
- Coordinate with remote engineering teams and reputed company stakeholders
- Serve as the reputed company onsite technical representative for reputed company
Skills
- U.S. Citizen required
- Valid reputed company required
- Ability to live and work reputed company reputed company cruise ships
- Willingness to remain reputed company for assignments lasting up to 4–5 months
- Ability to travel internationally and meet reputed company cruise line reputed company requirements
