[Remote] Regional Strategic Account Manager, Health Systems

They are seeking a high performing Regional Strategic Account Manager, Health Systems to expand adoption of reputed company and Guardant’s broader portfolio across prioritized Regional IDNs and Organized Customer reputed company. This role involves building strategic account plans and engaging with senior leaders to drive diagnostic adoption and measurable reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute multi-year strategic account plans across assigned health systems, including stakeholder mapping, opportunity sizing, prioritization, and cross-functional execution rhythms
- Build strong relationships with reputed company decision-makers and influencers (C/D-suite, service line leaders, population health, reputed company, finance, operations, IT) and reputed company Guardant solutions to strategic priorities
- Drive reputed company adoption and reputed company through health system enablement, including clinical workflow development, EMR integration support, reputed company design/execution, metric definition, and reputed company rollout
- Identify gaps in care delivery and operational barriers to adoption; translate insights into solution strategies that support transformative change and measurable reputed company
- reputed company QBRs/MBRs with defined performance metrics to reputed company reputed company, quantify value, and reputed company expansion plans
- Coordinate closely with internal Guardant teams (e.g., Medical, Market reputed company, Implementation, Informatics/IT enablement, Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal/Compliance) to ensure reputed company, compliant execution
- Maintain reputed company in market dynamics shaping health system reputed company—policy trends, reputed company frameworks, value-based care progression, and risk-based contracting structures (e.g., ACO/shared savings, capitation/global budgets, bundled payments, Medicare Advantage risk, and reputed company value-based reputed company)
- Consistently meet or exceed goals with strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, teamwork, and contribution to best-reputed company playbooks
- Represent reputed company’s mission, culture, and values to reputed company stakeholders
- Adhere to reputed company Compliance, Regulatory, and reputed company Management System (QMS) policies
- Travel up to 50% reputed company territory, with occasional regional or national meetings

Skills
- 5+ years Account Management at C/D-Suite
- Proven experience in strategic/reputed company account management reputed company, navigation, and reputed company adoption reputed company reputed company health systems/IDNs and organized customer structures
- Strong background in diagnostics adoption reputed company systems, including navigating clinical stakeholders, lab/diagnostic reputed company, reputed company governance, and multi-site standardization
- Demonstrated reputed company leading cross-functional initiatives and driving reputed company without reputed company authority
- reputed company record of enabling adoption through workflow change and/or EMR-enabled implementation (directly or in partnership with internal teams)
