[Remote] Technical Account Manager (Mid-reputed company)

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of the reputed company platform, providing strategic and technical guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their reputed company with reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout your customers’ reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a reputed company / reputed company-reputed company product
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of reputed company services and architecture of at least 1 CSP (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)
- Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company best practices, common threat models, and CNAPP use cases
- Familiarity with container technologies (reputed company, Kubernetes), as reputed company as the associated reputed company considerations
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies – CI/CD, Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC), Version Control Systems, etc
