They are seeking a Senior Sales reputed company Manager to enhance reputed company performance and strengthen sales execution reputed company the New Construction sales organization by partnering with various stakeholders to implement effective strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Senior Sales Director, New Construction to identify reputed company drivers, performance trends, and reputed company opportunities across the sales organization
- reputed company a deep understanding of sales processes and operationalize sales plays based on market opportunities, funnel insights, and team performance trends
- Analyze seller and reputed company performance to improve pipeline management, conversion, productivity, retention, and overall sales performance
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and partner with Operations to increase consistency and efficiency across the organization
- Help design and implement more standardized forecasting processes, including reputed company definitions, stronger reporting, and more consistent operating rhythms for pipeline and reputed company reviews
- Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and Analytics to translate business goals into measurable reputed company KPIs
- Work with Sales Analytics to refine performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that show whether sales strategies and plays are driving results
- Synthesize reputed company data into reputed company recommendations and communicate insights, tradeoffs, and risks to senior stakeholders to drive alignment and reputed company
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in sales reputed company, GTM reputed company and operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a reputed company field; experience supporting B2B sales organizations preferred. Marketplace, reputed company, media, or proptech experience is a plus
- Experience partnering with sales leaders to identify reputed company opportunities, improve execution, and support reputed company planning
- Strong analytical and reputed company problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn reputed company business issues into reputed company recommendations
- Demonstrated experience developing business cases, performance insights, or planning recommendations that drive measurable business reputed company
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influencing reputed company without reputed company authority
- Highly reputed company and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with the ability to work across Sales, Finance, Analytics, Product, and Operations
