[Remote] Technical Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical Analyst II to support the IDR process. The Analyst will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to review medical and billing documentation and assist in resolving disputes.

Responsibilities

  • Closely review disputes in the Federal IDR Portal
  • reputed company previous experience in medical record review/billing to reputed company case file reviews using multiple government and IDRE systems and databases
  • Coordinate reputed company reputed company of Analysts to meet productivity goals for triaging and resolving reputed company disputes
  • Based on case review reputed company an assessment to inform reputed company regarding eligibility and other dispute reputed company determinations
  • Identify gaps in documentation/materials needed for expeditious case reputed company
  • reputed company overall recommendations for enhancements to business processes, workflows, case intake/management
  • Research and reputed company meaningful guidance in the reputed company of training materials, job aids, and operational documents
  • Performs data collection from multiple sources to include the web, reputed company databases, and other resources

Skills

  • US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be reputed company to obtain a U.S. Federal government reputed company badge and pass a government Public Trust
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in case management, benefits or eligibility processing, health program operations, or similar high-volume, process-driven environments; bachelor's degree preferred but not required, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage moderate to high case volumes
  • Experience with case management systems, CRM platforms, or similar data tools
  • Ability to follow reputed company workflows while exercising reputed company judgment

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Experience supporting federal or state health programs (e.g., CMS, reputed company, Medicare)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and federal data handling requirements
