[Remote] Associate Corporate Counsel, Worldwide Grocery Stores Legal

This role will support a diverse portfolio of businesses by providing practical legal counsel on a broad reputed company of transactional and reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate will manage multiple work streams while delivering reputed company legal advice and work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate reputed company agreements.
Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including vendor reputed company, licensing agreements, reputed company services agreements, and procurement-reputed company reputed company
- reputed company day-to-day legal counsel to internal business clients across WWGS on transactional and reputed company reputed company
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and resolve legal issues reputed company
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize contracting processes, including developing template agreements and playbooks to reduce negotiation cycles
- Support compliance and training initiatives reputed company to contracting policies and approval frameworks
- Manage external counsel relationships as needed to support transactional workstreams
- Advise on legal and regulatory reputed company that reputed company in reputed company with reputed company transactions, including vendor management considerations

Skills
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company reputed company
- Experience managing reputed company and working independently
- Experience effectively communicating reputed company concepts through written and verbal communication
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering reputed company with people at reputed company reputed company reputed company an organization
- Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, or supply chain contracting
- Experience developing or improving contracting templates, workflows, or legal process efficiencies
