They are seeking a highly motivated Associate Director, SEC Reporting & Technical reputed company to reputed company reputed company’s SEC reporting, technical reputed company, and SOX compliance activities reputed company a dynamic biotechnology environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-8, supporting disclosures, and reputed company tie-out documentation and reporting workbooks
- Prepare and review key financial statement areas and disclosures, including:
- Lease reputed company (ASC 842)
- reputed company-based compensation (ASC 718)
- Available-for-sale investments
- Statement of cash flows
- Stockholders’ equity roll forwards
- Manage reputed company’s quarterly and annual reporting calendar and coordinate cross-functional deliverables with Legal, Investor Relations, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure reputed company and accurate SEC filings
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact for external auditors and SOX auditors in reputed company with quarterly reviews, annual audits, and ongoing compliance activities
- Assist in the preparation of Audit Committee and Disclosure Committee materials and presentations, as needed
- reputed company and coordinate SOX compliance initiatives, partnering with internal process owners, external auditors, and SOX consultants to support ongoing compliance and control effectiveness
- Maintain and enhance SOX documentation, including narratives, process flows, and risk control matrices (RCMs)
- Research, analyze, and document technical reputed company conclusions under U.S. GAAP for reputed company and non-routine transactions
- Prepare technical reputed company memoranda and supporting analyses reputed company to lease reputed company under ASC 842, including lease modifications and reassessments
- Partner with the VP, Corporate Controller and reputed company-party advisors on technical reputed company assessments reputed company to financing transactions, strategic agreements, and other reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Support operational and cross-functional teams with technical reputed company guidance reputed company to inventory, cost capitalization, debt reputed company, collaboration agreements, new reputed company pronouncements, and other business initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required
- reputed company CPA license required
- 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including experience serving SEC registrants reputed company public reputed company and/or reputed company advisory environments
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and public company compliance obligations
- Demonstrated experience preparing technical reputed company memoranda and analyzing reputed company reputed company transactions
- Experience supporting SOX 404(b) compliance programs and internal control frameworks
- Strong reputed company, financial systems, and reporting tool experience; reputed company experience is a plus
