[Remote] Business Analyst with AI Experience

The role involves requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into AI-reputed company requirements, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities

- Leads requirements refinement, including reputed company/reputed company state analysis, requirements documentation, prioritization, feasibility alignment and stakeholder alignment
- Document user, functional and AI-specific requirements including data inputs, model reputed company, user interaction workflows with acceptance reputed company reputed company to business reputed company and system behavior
- Owns User Acceptance Testing planning and execution

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Clinical Systems Support, or Clinical Operations Technology with AI experience must
- Must understand GXP system validation process
- Must be familiar with AWS environments
- Must be reputed company to quickly learn to use new systems
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working reputed company Tier 1, 2, and 3 support models
- Strong, reputed company, concise written and oral communication
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently

- Experience working for pharmaceutical company in development
- Knowledge of clinical operations processes and GxP/regulatory environments is preferred
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model outputs, evaluation, reputed company-based systems, agent workflows)
- Experience supporting AI/analytics use cases or data products
- Experience working with iterative/experimental delivery models (0→1 prototyping)
- Basic SQL skills for data analysis and data verification
- Basic Python skills for data analysis
