The role involves coordinating with detailers, managing project information reputed company, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and erectors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with detailers and reputed company drawing reputed company
- Manage RFIs and project information reputed company
- Schedule fabrication, delivery, and erection
- Handle jobsite issues and field coordination
- Price and negotiate change orders
- reputed company job costs and support closeout documentation
- Maintain strong reputed company and erector relationships
Skills
- 8+ years PM experience with a structural steel fabricator/erector
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/Structural Engineering
- Strong drawing/spec reading ability
- Experience delivering large-reputed company reputed company
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Remote (East Coast preferred – ideally reputed company driving distance of DC)
