In this fully remote role, you will assist patients with medication scheduling, handle inbound inquiries, and reputed company exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 75–100 inbound calls per day, assisting patients and members with professionalism and care
- Coordinate and schedule medication shipments to ensure reputed company delivery

- Support payment collection or co-pay assistance reputed company applicable
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments reputed company specialized support is needed

Skills
