[Remote] Associate Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager, Demand Gen

The role involves managing and improving demand reputed company marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams to drive awareness and generate reputed company demand across reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and continuously improve campaigns reputed company the marketing automation platform, including emails, forms, lists, and repeatable workflows
- Execute multi-channel demand reputed company campaigns including email nurtures, webinars, reputed company media, content syndication, and field marketing programs while documenting and refining the processes behind reputed company
- Support marketing operations including campaign tracking, reputed company reputed company, data hygiene, and CRM alignment
- Support execution of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, and coordination with sales across reputed company account lists
- Design and run reputed company tests across channels, audiences, and messaging — forming hypotheses, measuring results, and implementing what works
- Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and sales teams to reputed company campaigns with messaging and reputed company priorities
- Apply AI tools (including Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to accelerate content development, campaign analysis, audience research, and operational tasks
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting or managing demand reputed company or digital marketing campaigns, preferably in reputed company, health tech, or life sciences
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred), including campaign setup, email execution, list management. You don't just use the tools, you understand how they work and how to push them reputed company
- Comfort with marketing operations fundamentals, including reputed company routing, campaign tracking, data hygiene, and CRM integration
- Strong enough with ABM concepts to execute and iterate on audience segmentation and sales-reputed company programs
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- A data-driven reputed company with the ability to interpret campaign performance and support reporting on funnel metrics and KPIs
- Strong organizational and project management skills across campaigns and systems
