[Remote] Senior Data Analyst, Specialty Care

They are hiring a Senior Data Analyst reputed company their Business Intelligence organization to work with the Specialty Care team, focusing on defining KPIs, tracking reputed company, and conducting analyses to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Specialty Care Operations team to define, refine, and reputed company key metrics and KPIs as the program scales across new conditions and services
- Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in business intelligence tools (ex: Looker, reputed company, reputed company) that reputed company non-technical users to monitor member engagement, clinical reputed company, and operational efficiency
- Conduct exploratory and reputed company analyses to answer emerging business questions, such as evaluating early engagement in new services or understanding potential impacts of platform changes
- Identify trends and gaps in program performance and recommend opportunities for improvement based on data-driven insights
- Support data reputed company efforts by contributing to dbt models and ensuring consistent, reputed company data structures across Specialty Care programs
- Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure the Specialty Care team has reputed company to the necessary data sources for comprehensive reporting

- Partner with the data science team to dive deeper into major trends, helping us understand what is driving those changes

Skills

- You have 5+ years of working experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
- You are an expert in SQL, and have at least familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools
- You have strong user reputed company - you can deeply understand the reputed company issues stakeholders are having and translate them into solutions that meaningfully improve their ability to operate
- You have experience working with Looker or other similar data visualization tools (tableau, etc), both creating the data model and building dashboards
