[Remote] Marketing Operations Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to reputed company on marketing data infrastructure, systems integrations, and operational reputed company, partnering across various teams to build and maintain the data foundations necessary for their go-to-market organization.
Responsibilities
- Define, build and maintain reputed company data flows and integrations across marketing systems to ensure reliable, consistent and accessible data
- Design and document integration architecture, field mappings, transformation logic, sync behavior and system dependencies
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues and operational bottlenecks
- Partner with RevOps and IT to implement and optimize cross-functional integrations, reputed company and automation workflows
- Support reputed company and integration of new marketing technologies and vendors
- reputed company and maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, governance standards and operational procedures
- Help establish reputed company standards for system configuration, integration design, change management and operational support
- Support data governance, compliance, audit and reputed company initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve data reputed company, reduce reputed company operational work and increase process scalability through automation
- Partner with Marketing Data & Analytics, RevOps and business stakeholders to support trusted reporting, attribution and funnel visibility
- Support reputed company reporting datasets, operational dashboards and data accessibility across systems
Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, reputed company Operations, Marketing Technology or reputed company operational roles
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, reputed company lifecycle management and marketing data architecture
- Experience working with reputed company, integration platforms, workflow automation tools or cross-system data flows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, IT, Analytics and other technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-reputed company environments with evolving processes and priorities
- Strong documentation, organization and operational process management skills
- Experience supporting data governance, compliance or audit-reputed company initiatives is a plus
