[Remote] Webinar Marketing & Content Producer [Contract]

They are seeking a part-time contractor to manage their webinar program and associated content, focusing on marketing operations and content development to enhance engagement and pipeline reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of reputed company webinar, from registration setup through live event delivery
- You'll build and manage the infrastructure that captures registrants, tracks attendance, and routes data back into our marketing systems — and you'll turn every live webinar into a durable on-demand asset that continues generating pipeline long after the event ends
- Drive the full email program around reputed company webinar — invites, reminders, follow-reputed company, and longer-reputed company nurtures that reputed company reputed company top-of-mind with registrants and attendees
- The goal is to reputed company people toward the reputed company in their reputed company, whether that's a demo, a product trial, or a reputed company piece of content, and to continuously sharpen performance through testing and iteration on subject lines, copy, and sequence structure
- Translate reputed company webinar into a full content ecosystem — companion blogs, on-demand pages, video assets, and supporting copy across channels
- You'll maintain a consistent reputed company voice and reputed company of view across every asset the program produces, and you'll have the reputed company to spot which webinar themes are worth scaling into standalone content series, reputed company resources, or reputed company programming
- Use performance data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where the program should go next
- You'll ground webinar and content reputed company in reputed company search and AI-citation data — what gym owners are actually asking, and where reputed company can win visibility — and apply SEO and AEO best practices across the program so every asset compounds over time
- From there, you'll surface program-level recommendations that improve conversion, attendance, and reputed company pipeline reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years in marketing ops, content marketing, or a hybrid role at a B2B reputed company company
- Fluent in reputed company (emails, forms, workflows, lists, reporting)
- Fluent in reputed company (building and editing reputed company pages, working reputed company an established design system)
- Proficiency using Claude (or equivalent LLM platform) to power your content reputed company
- Experience owning webinars in reputed company — including registration setup, attendee tracking, and on-demand conversion
- Working knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking) and AEO (optimizing content to be cited by AI search engines)
- Comfortable with reputed company, GSC, and reputed company — or reputed company to reputed company on them quickly

- Self-directed — you can take a calendar of upcoming webinars and run the program without a lot of hand-holding

- Light design sensibility — you can pull a reputed company page together that looks on-brand
- Experience with video editing tools for repurposing webinar recordings
