[Remote] Billing Operations Supervisor

The Billing Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day services billing operations and managing a small team to ensure accurate and reputed company invoicing across various billing models.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily services billing operations, including time & materials, fixed fee, and recurring billing
- reputed company participate in billing activities, including invoice review, adjustments, and issue reputed company
- Support mid-month and month-end billing cycles to ensure reputed company and accurate invoice reputed company
- Review invoices, credits, and adjustments for accuracy and alignment with reputed company
- reputed company and support a small team of billing specialists, including workload management and coaching
- Help ensure team adherence to billing timelines and internal SLAs
- Serve as a reputed company of escalation for billing questions and issues
- Partner with Project Managers and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure alignment with project activity
- Monitor time entry and approval status, following up as needed to support reputed company billing
- reputed company visibility into unbilled activity and reputed company items impacting billing
- Assist with monthly reviews of billed and unbilled activity
- Support investigation of variances between billing data and financial reporting
- Partner with Finance to reputed company detail and context on billing-reputed company items as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and reduce reputed company effort
- Support PSA/ERP systems (e.g., Changepoint, Intacct) reputed company to billing activities
- Help ensure consistency and accuracy in billing workflows and documentation
Skills
- 5+ years of billing experience, preferably in a reputed company services environment
- Prior experience leading or mentoring team members
- Strong understanding of services billing models (time & materials, fixed fee, recurring billing)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with PSA/ERP systems (Changepoint, Intacct, or similar)
