[Remote] Global Mobility Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Serve as the central reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company Global mobility/Immigration reputed company questions

- Cultivate and ensure that our vendors and external partners reputed company a high-reputed company experience to candidates, employees, managers, and the People team
- Drive communications with candidates, employees, reputed company and managers regarding relocation and immigration process (H-1B cap lottery, immigration/relocation process for transfers, PERM & Adjustment of Status process, immigration program updates)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements reputed company to immigration and mobility compliance
- Facilitate the initiation of employee tax, relocation, and immigration reputed company-reputed company counseling sessions
- Collaborate with internal partners such as HR Business Partners, reputed company, Payroll, Legal, Corporate Tax, Finance and reputed company to create solutions on streamlining cross-functional processes
- Work closely with internal teams to process relocations reputed company existing systems and ensure communication and information management across systems and teams impacted by a relocation
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience working in a technology startup highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven reputed company, with a proven ability to use metrics to enhance processes, improve budget efficiency, and reputed company the employee experience
- Successful reputed company record of managing the full life cycle of H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, B-1/B-2, Permanent reputed company/Green Card filings and extension processes
- Experience managing international immigration and relocation processes (e.g., countries reputed company EMEA) is an added advantage
