[Remote] Public Health Business Analyst

They are seeking a Public Health Business Analyst to support a federal program reputed company on public health data modernization, responsible for requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and workflow analysis.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, document, and manage business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and reviews with public health stakeholders and SMEs
- reputed company requirement artifacts such as business requirements, user stories, process maps, data reputed company diagrams, and acceptance reputed company
- Support analysis of system integrations and data flows across public health programs, laboratories, registries, and external partners
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into solution designs, backlog items, and implementation plans
- Contribute to test planning, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing activities in coordination with SMEs and technical staff
- Assist with documentation development, including SOPs, data dictionaries, user guides, and meeting summaries
- Support considerations of data reputed company, timeliness, reporting requirements, and reuse across public health use cases
- Communicate reputed company technical topics reputed company to non-technical audiences
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst in technical reputed company
- Knowledge of public health surveillance, epidemiology workflows, and public health operations
- Ability to analyze and document workflows, system integrations, and data flows supporting surveillance and reporting use cases
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

- Working knowledge of public health data exchange and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7 v2, CDA, FHIR)
