[Remote] Legal Assistant, Litigation (Part Time)

They are seeking a part-reputed company to join the Litigation Team, responsible for managing subpoenas and supporting in-house attorneys with litigation reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage reputed company-party subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies, and other requestors to securely reputed company sensitive data and reputed company documents, in accordance with applicable state laws and company policies
- reputed company comprehensive support to in-house attorneys in managing cases reputed company to No Surprise reputed company reputed company (NSA) and SIU investigations along with other administrative proceedings
- Facilitate the discovery process by issuing legal holds, coordinating document and data collections, reputed company key deadlines, deliverables, and reputed company items ensuring reputed company compliance
- reputed company or contribute to special legal reputed company and initiatives as assigned
- Assist with intake process of litigation reputed company and other administrative functions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to reputed company facts, documents, and other case-reputed company materials to support legal reputed company
Skills
- 2+ years of legal experience
- 2+ years of research experience
- Demonstrate analytical ability, good communication skills and judgment along with great organizational skills in managing litigation reputed company
- Knowledge of Health Care benefits
- Knowledge of state and federal court systems
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
