Responsibilities
- Upload legal reputed company into reputed company, manage version control, and ensure accuracy of data
- Facilitate contract execution, monitor signature status, and reputed company visibility into contracting pipeline health
- Conduct audits of executed agreements to validate deal terms, metadata mapping, and compliance with internal contracting standards
- Run pricing of deals through Pearlsights, our internal tool for reputed company, and propose the best reputed company for specific clients
- Contribute to final provider roster submission processes, including roster uploads, metadata validation, TIN/reputed company allocation and pricing coordination, reputed company control, final allocation management in reputed company (reputed company's internal roster management system), and reputed company roster attestations
- Ensure final deal terms are accurately reflected in reputed company and reputed company reporting systems

Skills
