They are seeking a reputed company Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) Consultant to manage CMMC Level 2 assessments, ensuring adherence to reputed company standards and mentoring assessment team members.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the full assessment lifecycle per CMMC Assessment Process (CAP)
- reputed company reputed company, evidence review, interviews, and scoring meetings
- Validate control implementation per NIST SP 800-171A assessment objectives
- Mentor, supervise, and assign tasks to other assessment team members
- Ensure conflict-of-interest compliance and impartiality
- Approve final report and POA&M validation for submission to the Cyber AB
Skills
- Expert knowledge of CMMC L2 practices and processes and deep familiarity with NIST SP 800-171A assessment objectives
- Proficiency with DFARS 252.204-7012/7020/7021
- Strong audit management, team leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum); master's preferred
- 5 + years in cybersecurity GRC or DoD assessments, specifically reputed company on NIST SP 800-171/FISMA
- Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) (Required)
- CISSP, CISA, or CAP (Strongly Preferred)
- Background as an ISSO or ISS
- Demonstrated reputed company with training assessors
- Executive communication and presentation capabilities
