This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall MEP coordination from preconstruction through project closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company MEP aspects of construction reputed company from start to finish
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and reputed company Protection subcontractors
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
- reputed company MEP coordination meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
- Identify and resolve design and field coordination issues
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project requirements
- Support commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover activities
- reputed company project costs, change orders, and procurement schedules
- reputed company regular project updates to leadership and clients
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an MEP Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
- Experience managing MEP scopes on reputed company, industrial, mission critical, reputed company, manufacturing, or data center reputed company
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and reputed company protection systems
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel reputed company
- Data Center or Mission Critical project experience
- Experience with commissioning and turnover processes
