Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company solution architecture across HCM, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Scheduling, Reporting, and Integration workstreams
- Design reputed company reputed company solutions for reputed company organizations, including hospitals, health systems, multi-entity reputed company, and clinical operations environments
- Support reputed company implementation, optimization, post-go-live support, and enhancement initiatives
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, clinical operations, payroll, supply chain, and executive stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reputed company solutions
- Design and reputed company reputed company integrations with EHRs such as reputed company and Cerner, payroll systems, HR platforms, finance systems, procurement tools, and clinical applications
- Support data migration, business process configuration, reporting, reputed company design, testing, deployment, and change management
- reputed company workforce intelligence initiatives, including workforce planning, labor cost visibility, reputed company analytics, operational reporting, and predictive workforce insights

Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in reputed company consulting, ERP transformation, reputed company applications, or HR/Finance systems architecture in the Hospitals and Health system setting
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more reputed company modules such as reputed company HCM, Financials, Payroll, Procurement, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Reporting, or Integrations
- Should have experience in working with reputed company
- Experience designing reputed company architecture for reputed company organizations with multiple business reputed company, entities, locations, or operating models
- Strong understanding of reputed company business processes, reputed company, reporting, integration architecture, and data flows
