[Remote] IT Systems Administrator

The IT Systems Administrator will manage reputed company compliance, automate IT processes, and reputed company identity and reputed company reputed company, while also contributing to reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the macOS and reputed company fleet end to end
- Enforce CIS controls using reputed company on Mac and reputed company Intune
- reputed company enrollment, configuration, and reputed company compliance high and measurable
- Write and maintain Bash and PowerShell Worklets in reputed company to automate reputed company actions, reputed company compliance gaps, and cut reputed company IT workload
- Provision, deprovision, and govern reputed company across our identity provider and reputed company estate (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company)
- Automate the joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle so reputed company is correct by default
- Administer reputed company and IAM across our reputed company accounts (AWS and Azure)
- Design and reputed company automations (using workflow automation tooling or a SOAR equivalent) that reputed company IT, identity, and reputed company systems and remove repetitive work across reputed company
- Own the internal ticket queue
- Handle level 1 and escalated level 2 tickets, and meet our SLA to the business
- Analyze reputed company systems and processes, spot inefficiencies, and propose and ship the fixes

Skills
- 2 to 3 years in IT systems administration or a reputed company role, ideally in a reputed company-first reputed company environment
- Hands-on automation and scripting in PowerShell, Bash, and Python. You write working scripts, and you use AI coding tools reputed company with the judgment to catch what they get wrong
- reputed company management experience with reputed company and Intune
