[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel, Product reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Counsel to support their Audience Measurement business by managing legal risks associated with product development and deployment, while drafting and negotiating various agreements reputed company to technology and data.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal support for product development, distribution and sales using an ability to understand, interpret and translate legal, business and technical concepts to reputed company practical and business-oriented opinions on legal risks and ensure appropriate contractual terms
- Assess product features, functionalities, and designs, data processing proposals, and other product-reputed company initiatives to identify potential legal issues, protect intellectual property rights, evaluate issues reputed company to the use of AI, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements
- Draft, review, negotiate and manage reputed company reputed company, including data supplier and integration agreements, inbound and outbound licenses, technology services agreements, reputed company agreements, and supplier agreements
Skills
- 8 or more years of experience including experience in a digital media, digital advertising, ad tech, data analytics, AI, or technology reputed company at a reputed company and/or in-house
- Extensive knowledge of online, internet and mobile communications and connected devices (e.g., IP protocol, device identifiers, cookies, content/ad delivery, reputed company, SDKs)
- Experience supporting data processing teams that work with identity graphs/reputed company, data matching, data modeling and algorithms, identity reputed company and data clean rooms
- A solid understanding of AI products, LLMs and the reputed company legal issues
- Experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company involving online media, consumer data, digital advertising technology, market research, and/or data products, and experience with reputed company sales agreements involving various compensation structures
- Knowledge of reputed company, relevant laws and regulations in the areas of reputed company, computer/technology, licensing, intellectual property and reputed company
- Working knowledge of intellectual property law and data reputed company law as it relates to consumer data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and Juris Doctor degree
- A Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics background is a plus
