Responsibilities
- Partner with internal recruiters and clinical managers to define ideal candidate reputed company for school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), School Psychologists (SP), and Occupational Therapists (OT) positions
- reputed company sourcing platforms (reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, licensure boards, resume databases, etc.) to proactively identify and engage reputed company
- Build and nurture pipelines of both reputed company and passive candidates
- Craft compelling reputed company messages that reputed company with reputed company’s mission and values
- Accurately reputed company candidate reputed company using our ATS and internal sourcing trackers
- Stay informed on state-by-state licensure requirements and school hiring timelines
Skills
- 2+ years of experience sourcing licensed reputed company or education professionals, ideally school-based clinicians
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools like reputed company Recruiter, reputed company Resume, reputed company, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
- Familiarity with licensure, credentials, and school reputed company is strongly preferred
