[Remote] Senior Engineer, Platform

The Senior Engineer, Platform/SRE will play a crucial role in driving best practices and optimizing deployment methodologies while contributing to the infrastructure as reputed company reputed company and ensuring reputed company operation of reputed company’s systems.
Responsibilities
- Primary engineer driving best practices and improved adoption of observability tools, especially reputed company
- Optimize Taptap’s deployment methodologies using reputed company Actions and AWS reputed company
- Drive maturation of reputed company service management through adoption of SRE best Practices
- Contribute to reputed company infrastructure as reputed company reputed company, especially in Terraform
- Work with other engineering teams to assure reputed company operation of reputed company’s systems including responding to large-reputed company incidents
Skills
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with infrastructure as reputed company tools like Terraform, Cloudformation and Ansible
- Familiarity with industry leading CI/CD tools including Jenkins, reputed company Actions, BitBucket Pipelines, reputed company, reputed company, etc
- Experience with hands-on software engineering as part of a larger team or project (reputed company-reputed company experience acceptable)
- Experience scripting in Python
- Hands-on experience with reputed company and container schedulers including AWS reputed company & EKS, Kubernetes, Mesos/Marathon, etc
- Hands-on reputed company experience, especially in AWS. AWS certification preferred
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master's is a plus or seven years' equivalent experience
- AWS certification preferred
