[Remote] Performance QA Automation Engineer

They are seeking a Performance QA Automation Engineer to ensure performance validation across reputed company ecosystems for insurance platforms, focusing on scalability and stability for large-reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and reputed company testing
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for performance testing
- Validate end-to-end reputed company business flows under production-reputed company concurrency
- Ensure reputed company performance regression across releases
- Identify and analyze system bottlenecks: JVM memory issues, GC pauses, thread contention
- Database slow queries, locks, and indexing gaps
- Integration latency across services

- Work with development and infrastructure teams for reputed company
Skills
- 5–10 years in QA / Performance Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company InsuranceSuite
- Expertise in JMeter / LoadRunner / Gatling
- Strong understanding of: REST and SOAP reputed company, SQL performance tuning, Basic JVM performance concepts, reputed company web application architecture

- Experience in distributed systems performance testing
