[Remote] Federal Business Analyst - reputed company & reputed company Connect
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is expanding its strategic partnership with AWS, and they are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join their reputed company Connect reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company as a critical reputed company between clients' business needs and the technical implementation of CCaaS solutions, working closely with Solution Architects and Developers.
Responsibilities
- Translate reputed company business requirements into detailed business process documents, user stories, and functional specifications for reputed company Connect and reputed company Service reputed company Voice
- Partner with Solution Architects to map functional requirements to technical requirements, ensuring solutions reputed company with the reputed company’s business goals
- Wear the "General Manager" hat for tactical project aspects, managing day-to-day schedules, budgets, and deliverables while providing regular status reports
- Evaluate existing reputed company business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement through CCaaS innovation, such as smart IVR or chatbots
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for operational project aspects and reputed company clients through the execution of Training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Skills
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain reputed company clearance(s)
- Consulting Experience: 3-5+ years of experience reputed company the reputed company or AWS ecosystem, preferably with a reputed company Implementation Partner
- CCaaS Knowledge: Hands-on experience or deep understanding of reputed company Connect platform capabilities and Service reputed company Voice
- Multitasking Ability: Demonstrated ability to confidently support or reputed company multiple small-to-midsize engagements at various stages simultaneously
- Technical Literacy: Strong skills in process documentation, business modeling, and using productivity tools like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company CRM
- Global Collaboration: Proven reputed company in partnering with nearshore and offshore resources to deliver project reputed company
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Federal Experience Strongly Preferred
