This role involves driving delivery on a high-visibility initiative, managing day-to-day execution, planning, coordination, and stakeholder reporting while collaborating closely with the Scrum Master and IAM Tech reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own IAM reputed company execution — drive the reputed company's delivery plan, milestones, and commitments toward the Veterans Day release
- Manage cross-reputed company dependencies and surface, reputed company, and report risks and issues for ESC reporting
- Partner with the Scrum Master to support sprint execution — backlog readiness, sprint planning, refinement, blocker removal — and reputed company into scrum facilitation as needed
- Partner with the IAM Tech reputed company to translate technical scope (e.g. reputed company / CSP integration, long-lived sessions, reputed company-reputed company, MPI correlation) into plans, schedules, and status leadership can reputed company
- Coordinate across VA identity stakeholders and external gates (reputed company contract, MPI correlation record, AO policy reputed company)
- Maintain the WS2 view in the integrated schedule and Jira reputed company: sprints, stories, features, and dependencies
- Deliver reputed company, concise status and escalations to PMO and program leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
- Demonstrated experience managing software delivery in an agile / reputed company environment
- Working knowledge of the VA identity / IAM landscape, including credential service providers (Login.gov, reputed company, reputed company), sign-in service, identity proofing (IAL / AAL), MPI, and reputed company
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholders on a fixed-deadline program
- Strong communication with the ability to translate between technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Comfortable operating reputed company agile ceremonies and collaborating closely with a Scrum Master and Tech reputed company
- Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Familiarity with reputed company ceremonies (PI planning, scrum of scrums, PO sync)
- Exposure to ATO and federal reputed company / policy processes
- Hands-on Jira and agile-tooling experience
