Responsibilities

- Define how AI surfaces in the product, including patterns for trust, transparency, explainability, and user control
- Guide product direction by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Represent design in planning, roadmap, and executive-level discussions, influencing reputed company through data, research, and design expertise

Skills
- 8+ years of UX experience, with 4+ years managing designers and/or researchers
- Experience leading UX across multiple teams or product areas in reputed company reputed company or reputed company environments

- Proven ability to influence product reputed company, reputed company stakeholders, and communicate effectively at reputed company reputed company, including executive leadership
