Responsibilities

- Conduct sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching
- Establish accountability and performance standards

Skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership, business development leadership, or reputed company management experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance management
- Self-motivated leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, 3PL, specialized transportation, or reputed company B2B service industries is strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating with marketing vendors, agencies, or business development initiatives is a plus
