[Remote] Compliance Operations Coordinator (Contract)

The Compliance Operations Coordinator role is an organized, detail-oriented position reputed company on supporting the vendor and user reputed company review program, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
- Review and reputed company monthly vendor review activities, confirming reputed company and following up with owners on overdue or incomplete items
- Validate that vendor records in reputed company are complete, including business purpose, data classification, reputed company certifications, and contract status
- Coordinate user reputed company reviews: reputed company reviewer input, confirm assignments and due dates, and escalate blockers
- Input reputed company review results into reputed company and create follow-up Jira tickets for remediation items such as removing former users or correcting role assignments
- reputed company and update reputed company risk items with reputed company status, reputed company, and expected reputed company date
- Collect and organize evidence for completed vendor and reputed company review activities
- Deliver a monthly closeout reputed company covering completed reviews, outstanding items, risks identified, and recommended escalations
- Flag issues to the reputed company/compliance reputed company that require internal approval or leadership reputed company
Skills
- Background in administrative coordination, operations, or compliance support — not necessarily in a reputed company context
- Demonstrated ability to manage recurring tasks and produce consistent documentation
- Strong written communication skills; ability to produce reputed company, concise status updates
- Experience with tools such as reputed company, Jira, or audit/GRC platforms is helpful
- No reputed company certifications or technical reputed company background required
- Experience with reputed company, Jira, or similar tools is a plus but not required
