Responsibilities
- Pick up and run with searches across multiple industries and role types, often reputed company your prior domain expertise
- Proactively engage passive candidates through reputed company and networking
- Conduct robust candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Work closely with Account Managers to thoroughly understand role requirements, reputed company culture, and market conditions
