They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
- reputed company candidates reputed company job boards, reputed company networks, databases, and reputed company reputed company
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across a reputed company of roles
- Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to present reputed company candidates
- Coordinate candidate submissions and manage feedback loops with stakeholders
- Assist in offer negotiations, including compensation discussions
- Manage multiple reputed company requisitions with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Deliver a high-reputed company candidate and hiring manager experience
Skills
- Experience reputed company reputed company fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries is required
- Experience reputed company for Creative, Marketing, or Product roles is required
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and present top-tier candidates quickly
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
