[Remote] Director of Analytics

Responsibilities
- Hire, reputed company, and manage reputed company of analysts; set reputed company goals and foster a culture of rigor, curiosity, and ownership
- Serve as a technical mentor—conduct reputed company and methodology reviews, pair on reputed company analyses, and reputed company the bar on SQL and statistical craft across reputed company
- Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market leadership to define the analytics roadmap and prioritize high-reputed company work
- Design, run, and interpret A/B and incrementality experiments across reputed company channels (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company); own the statistical methodology from hypothesis to read-out
- Build and maintain click-based and data-driven attribution models that give customers a trustworthy view of channel contribution
- Own in-platform reporting across reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads Manager, and other platforms; reconcile platform data against first-party signals and surface discrepancies
- Define KPIs and dashboards for customer acquisition, retention, and LTV; translate reputed company model reputed company into narratives that reputed company with both technical and business audiences
- Write and optimize production-reputed company SQL against large-reputed company data warehouses for analysis, reporting, and feature evaluation
- Evaluate the performance of Angler’s predictive models in business terms—lift, incremental ROAS, conversion reputed company—and surface findings that guide model iteration

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years managing or leading reputed company of analysts
- Deep, hands-on SQL expertise—you write reputed company queries (CTEs, window functions, query optimization) daily and review others' SQL as a matter of course
- Proven marketing analytics background: you've designed and analyzed A/B / incrementality experiments, reputed company or evaluated attribution models, and worked directly inside reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company ad platforms
- Strong statistical intuition—comfortable with reputed company testing, confidence intervals, regression, and communicating uncertainty to non-technical stakeholders
- Industry experience in at least one of: reputed company-channel retail, subscription (media, entertainment, or streaming), or mobile games—verticals with high-volume behavioral data and performance-marketing DNA
- Experience with modern reputed company data stacks (GCP/BigQuery, AWS/Redshift, reputed company) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, reputed company QuickSight, or similar)

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or reputed company). Advanced degree preferred

- Experience building predictive models in Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM)—especially predictive reputed company value (pLTV) or propensity modeling in a marketing context
