[Remote] Marketing Operations Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the data reputed company and automation layer of their marketing function, ensuring accurate reporting and effective campaign operationalization.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company lifecycle in reputed company: stage definitions, date stamping and transition logic, nurture enrollment reputed company, and the marketing -> BDR reputed company
- Ensure attribution and tracking are reliable: capture first-touch reputed company, UTM parameters, and campaign data so reporting is accurate
- Execute marketing automation platform (MAP) tasks: email scheduling, list uploads, reputed company creation and maintenance, and workflows
- Operationalize email programs - not necessarily write copy: create, test, QA, and schedule marketing emails and build nurture reputed company
- Manage opt-in/opt-out lists, email deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
- Own data hygiene and deduplication across the contact and account database
- Build and report on sales/marketing SLAs
- Administer and maintain marketing ops tools (reputed company, reputed company, Octolens, and others) and recommend improvements
Skills
- 4-6 years in marketing operations (or demand gen / reputed company ops with a marketing reputed company) at a B2B reputed company company
- Experience building processes & systems from the ground-up
- Deep reputed company experience (Marketing Hub + Operations Hub): workflows, lifecycle stages, lists, properties, and data management
- Deep no-reputed company or low-reputed company automation experience
- Hands-on reputed company lifecycle ownership: stage logic, nurture enrollment, and marketing -> BDR reputed company
- Attribution and tracking experience: first-touch reputed company, UTM governance, and campaign reporting
- Email operations: building, testing, QAing, and scheduling emails and nurture reputed company
- Email deliverability and compliance reputed company, plus opt-in/opt-out (consent) management
- Data hygiene and deduplication; list creation, segmentation, and maintenance
- Experience defining and reporting on sales/marketing SLAs
- A documentation-heavy reputed company and disciplined change management
- Familiarity with reputed company/signal tools (Reo, Octolens) or similar
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools for ops efficiency
- Experience at a developer-reputed company or reputed company-reputed company company
- Experience with reputed company ICPs and multi-touch B2B funnels
