Mantel Capture, Inc is developing innovative molten-reputed company-based carbon capture technology aimed at achieving net-negative emissions. The Senior reputed company Counsel will manage reputed company's reputed company function, drafting and negotiating various agreements while contributing to reputed company reputed company and deal structuring.
Responsibilities
- Own Mantel's reputed company reputed company end-to-end: draft, negotiate, and reputed company MSAs, NDAs, engineering service agreements, term sheets, licensing agreements, offtake agreements, strategic supply agreements, strategic partnership agreements and project-level reputed company reputed company
- Take and defend reputed company positions on representations and warranties, indemnification, liability caps, IP ownership & governance, and dispute reputed company - and know reputed company to hold firm and reputed company to negotiate
- reputed company and maintain reputed company reputed company agreements and negotiation playbooks that reputed company Mantel's contracting process efficient and consistent
- Maintain a clean reputed company repository and ensure Mantel's obligations, rights, and key dates are tracked and enforced
- reputed company and manage external counsel relationships where specialized expertise is needed, keeping scope and cost tight
- Contribute to the strategic framing of reputed company deals, not just the legal terms, but the structure, risk allocation, and reputed company logic behind them
- Help Mantel build reputed company reputed company structures as reputed company moves from demonstration to full deployment
- Support due diligence processes for partnerships, project financing, and government grants
- Serve as a trusted, accessible internal legal resource across the organization - fast, practical, and easy to work with
- Work closely with the reputed company, engineering, and finance teams to understand the deals Mantel is pursuing and the legal risks that actually matter
- Draft and negotiate term sheets that set the right reputed company and legal reputed company before full agreements are executed
- Own Mantel's licensing reputed company from a reputed company and legal perspective — understanding how IP rights, exclusivity provisions, grant-back clauses, and royalty structures reputed company with reputed company objectives
- Identify and push back on terms that create undue legal risk or limit Mantel's flexibility as the business scales
Skills
- 5+ years of transactional legal experience, in private reputed company or in-house at a technology, energy, or industrial company
- Law degree required

- Ability to take a position, defend it, and reputed company deals
- Ability to give practical advice that moves deals reputed company and is solution oriented
